I think you meant, 1920x1200 (as 1900x1200 is not a standard resolution)
Thanks for the feedback!

What's the voltage range that the Fit-PC2 can accept?
The specifications point out that the power supply provides 12vDC, but naturally there is a range at which the Fit-PC2 can operate in. I've been thinking of connecting the Fit-PC2 up to a 12v lead-acid battery. Such a battery can have an output of anywhere from 11v up to 13v or more. (If a trickle c...

HDCP support?
Since the Fit-PC2 has HDMI out, does this mean that it can playback Blu-ray (HDCP)? assuming that there is a Blu-ray available to the Fit-PC2...

Re: feedback on future versions
I'm pretty sure that the US15W chipset that is used in the Fit2-PC is limited to 2GB, so 4GB is not a possibility. But yeah, I agree that 1GB is not quite enough for today's PCs.
I fourth the motion of 2GB of RAM by default.
All in favor, say "aye!"

Re: Wich 1080P does it play ?
The chipset used by the Fit-PC2 is the Intel US15W chipset. This chipset has the Intel GMA500 which performs hardware acceleration for MPEG-2, VC-1, and AVC (H.264) -- With the proper drivers and codecs installed, the Fit-PC2 should be able to handle any 1080p video that utilizes any of the above li...

Re: USB transfer speed
Sounds like your Asus WL500-deluxe has only USB1.1 (which has a top speed of around 1.5MB/sec as you observed.)
USB2.0 has a raw maximum throughput of 52+MB/sec. In practice, the highest throughput speeds I have ever seen with USB2 were 33MB/sec.

For your Bluetooth needs, check out this thread on the Fit-PC2 forum: http://www.fit-pc2.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=50
I think it's a reasonable solution.

Whoops, sorry about that. I'll keep my political comments to myself.

Re: WishList: BlueTooth
Wow, Fluffy: Nice find!
While it *is* considerably more expensive, it's probably a better build/design. And as you pointed out, it doesn't block any adjacent USB ports.
Might just have to pick one up.
