remove old drivers and program. Use new install from your web site. Install drivers, and then reboot. When computer restarts it says it is searching for drivers and then installs a drivre version from 2005. How do I keep the computer from installing this other driver on reboot? I think this may be some of the problem. I have tried to delete and install from safe mode, but it does not work. I also have an OHM tester and so far it shows no power coming from the audio jack.

Re: No Audio After BIOS Update I finally have the new driver installed correctly with the patch, and it shows it is working correctly but I still have no sound from the jack. I believe the jack may be defective. How do I go about returning the item under warranty to get it repaired?

Please, perform the following actions:
1. Install BIOS from 24-Dec-2009.
2. After reboot, enter to BIOS.
3. Go to Exit tab.
4. Change Reset Configuration Data to "Yes".
5. Choose Exit Saving Changes option.
