I bought a IntencePC Pro with linux last fall. In december however, two of my USB port in the front stopped working without reason. Yesterday the two remaining went down. Sounds like a RMA case?

Can you please describe your Intense PC setup?

I don't fully understand what setup you whan't me to describe. I Have the standard IntencePC with Linux Mint Maya (the $999 version in shop) only with a SSD drive instead of the stock.
The USB ports worked fine up untill failure, in which I had to switch port (use them for mouse & keyboard)..

My front USB ports stopped working recently also. But I had a USB sound card connected to one of the rear USB ports, and I suspect that it was drawing more power than the ports were meant to support, and this led to the front ports closing down.

Since computers I own regularly die from my abuse, I don't consider this a reason to try to return anything. At the moment, I am abusing some fit-pc3 basic computers that are surprisingly resilient.
