fit-PC4 vs IntensePC?

Whats the general reason someone might want a fit-PC4 vs an IntensePC 2? Is there a comparison somewhere?
fit-PC4 offers superior price / performance ratio - about Core-i3 performance at Celeron price.
fit-PC4 has ATI GPU which has advantages in some graphics applications.
