Supported suspend modes

Post by opencompany »

Hi.
Can I somewhere see the supported suspend modes for fit-PC4 (actually interested in this information for all CompuLab PCs).

We are running Linux on the hardware and our typical suspend script based on rtcwake is very unstable if we suspend to RAM (S3) on fit-PC4. This is not the case on fit-PC3 and other units we have tested with, using the same image/setup. Suspending to disk (S4) is working fine as far as we can see.

I am just wondering if this has something to due with the BIOS / fit-PC4 or if this is something in our software setup after all. We have seen the same on fitlet units.

Thank you.
Kind Regards,

Could you follow up on this please?

We see an issue using suspend to RAM (S3) on fit-PC4 and fitlet.

Thank you.

All systems should support S3 out-of-the-box. It is basic.
Please describe what issues do you have? You might need to setup the OS for this.
