HDMI audio not working on LCD TV.

I have a problem getting audio to work on my Pit-PC4 connected to an 22 " LCD TV (22W_LCD_TV).
I have tested the following.
1) Fit-PC4 connected to my older 15" LCD TV => works fine.
2) A Laptop connected to my new 22" LCD TV => works fine.
3) My Fit-PC4 connected to my new 22" => does not work.
I have set the LCD TV as default audio output and inactivated all others.
If I try to do Test audio I get : Device used by another unit. Close all other audio devices and try again.
I have o other devices using audio that I know of.
