FitLet does not turn on when power is restored

Good afternoon.
I am trying to setup a FitLet PC for remote access to some equipment we have on several sites.
The first one is working perfectly. After the first one tested effective, we ordered another 30 units.
The supplier delivered the first 5 last week.
On some of the new units the option in the BIOS is missing where you set the FitLet to power up automatically.
I have read on the forum that the feature was removed in order to optimize the Auto-ON functionality.
My FitLet however, does not turn on when the power is restored at all.
If I unplug it and plug it back within a minute it comes on.
If I leave it unplugged for more than 5 minutes, the FitLet does not turn on unless I press the button myself.
When the FitLet then boots up, the date and time is out aswell.
Can you please give me some advice to fix this issue so that the FitLet will turn on as soon as the power is supplied?
Kind Regards
