Problem Connecting to Bluetooth Audio Device - Solved

I encountered problems in Mint 17.1 connecting to a bluetooth speaker with both my Fitlet and FitPC3. The specific error was "Connection Failed: Stream Setup Failed".
From what I gather, this is a fairly common issue with Mint 17/17.1 across all platforms.
To solve this problem issue the following command in the terminal.
pactl load-module module-bluetooth-discover
Once you do this, you can connect to bluetooth audio devices.
Unfortunately, the command is not persistent and must be issued after a re-boot.
