No HDMI video from new IPC3

Using a new IPC3 to upgrade from an IPC2. This is my 6th purchase and installation of an IPC. Using same cable and monitor of IPC2, no HDMI video from IPC3. Tried moving to new monitor and cable. IPC2 worked there, IPC3 doesn’t. Tried holding down DEL key to enter BIOS as per manual. No luck. Tried turning off CMOS battery to reset BIOS. That failed as well.

Any ideas? Or did I just get a dead-on-arrival IPC3?

In order to RTC reset please follow the below:

1. Power down the PC and unplug the power cable.
2. Open the service door (by screwing out one bolt) and remove it (with the storage).
3. Reset the BIOS by pressing the low profile push button SW2 (near the LAN ports) for 3 seconds.
4. Install back the storage with the service door.
5. Plug the power and power up the PC (either auto-on or pressing power button).

Also, how many RAM modules do you have?
Can you try to swap them with other?

What is the status of the power LED?
Does the Numlock LED respond when you click it?

By the way, I did get this to work with the reset of the BIOS. Thanks!
