I am going to use Fit-PC2 with SSD. Is it a nice idea to use an old 2Gb MiniSD for storing temporary files and logs (to spare SSD extra writing operations)? Does somebody have such experience?
Also is it useful to make there a system swap partition (undo FreeBSD or Linux) or such performance expected too weak?

Re: using SD for /temp /logs and swap?
I am afraid this will affect performance of the system if the sdcard has low R/W speed
