FitPC2i input voltage range

Hello,
I am planning to supply power to a fit PC2i. My options are as follows:
- Lithium-Ion 14.8 nominal: will go from 16V down to ~ 12.5 V as it discharges.
- SLA: 12V nominal, will go from ~ 13V to 11.5 through discharge
Can the FitPC2i be powered with the above options? What is its DC input operating range please?
