Hello, I just want to ask you can I add my fit-pc2i to my old TV trough DVI and add to my TV to RCA. Will it work if I use this cable?

or maybe better I have to buy DVI to VGA converter and than use something like this.

All these passive cables are unlikely to work. You will need a converter from DVI-D to PAL.
With current pricing trends it may be more cost effective to just buy an LCD display.
