FitPC2i and videoconferencing like Skype

Dear All,
I'm using FitPC 2i and I would like to make video conferencing with it, like using Skype, Msn, or any VIDEO transmission.
I have an Logitech external USB Webcam that works fine by itself. I use the HDMI output.
As soon as I use any of those software, my FitPC2i applications go very slow and image of the video is not fluent at all. Even sometime all (other) applications are no more responding.
Is the power of the FitPC2i not sufficient to make videoconferencing or is
there a problem with the video accelerator driver? How to check?
