 Recording video?
I plan to use the Fit PC2 to record video via a composite capture device and capture to an external USB hard drive in a kiosk. The video will use a DV Encoder and record at 720x576 PAL video at 25fps as an .avi file. Is this going to use much of the PC's processing power, will it be up to the job, and where is the bottleneck in bandwidth going to be? I have use these hard drives for video recording before, and they work fine (Hitachi Deskstar 2.5" 7200rpm) Thanks

 Re: Recording video?
fit-PC2 can cope with such recording. Of course, if you use a capture device with built-in MPEG2/4 encoding you are taking nearly all load off the fit-PC2.
