I just installed Windows Server 2003 Standard R2 on my new Fit-PC2i. The only glitch was that it couldn't connect to the network. Opening Device Manager, I discovered that the two ethernet connections lacked drivers. It was relatively easy to find them by googling Realtek RTL8111. The drivers are available at:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/dow ... Down=false .

I've set up my hard drive to dual-boot, and as soon as Linux Mint gets done installing on the second partition, I'm going back and adding the drivers to the Windows server and start playing with its configuration.

The wireless drivers for Windows Server 2003 can be found at:
http://www.ralinktech.com/en/04_support ... php?sn=500

I've installed both sets of drivers (ethernet and wireless) on my PC2i, and they work great. Working on configuring the server, and it looks like it works fine on the machine.
