Fit-PC2 Gigabit connection slow down to 100Mbps after reboot

Hi there, i got a Fit-PC2 with Windows XP and autoON, latest driver version and SP3 on XP. It's connected to a gigabit switch (Netgear GS105) and it works good at gigabit speed. But everytime I turn it off and turn on again or everytime I reboot the Fit-PC2 the port slow down at 100 Mbps.
So I need to detach and reconnect many time the cable to the switch until it get gigabit speed.
Obviously the cable works good with other PCs and the switch works good on gigabit with other PCs too.
What can I try to do to solve it?
Thanks!

Good Day

Can you please check if disabling and enabling again the gigabit adapter solves the problem (I mean until next reboot)?

Thanks

Thanks for the answer, I tried to disable and enable again the interface but it works only sometimes. I mean I need to disable and enable again two or three times before getting it working at full gigabit speed. It's the same if I unplug and plugin again the cable. For the first 2 or 3 times it get 100mbps, than it negotiate correctly and get gigabit speed.
I try to set the interface to gigabit (full-duplex) only in the advanced settings too but the problem is the same.

Hello

I was trying to reproduce you, but on my side everything works fine. Can you please try different network cable?

Thanks

I've done it before, tried even with a CAT6 cable but same problem. Maybe the problem is with my specific gigabit switch, but i can't try with another one for now...
Any setting in Bios maybe?? Have you got GV3 or C-State enabled??

I have GV3 enabled

I can test it without GV3
