I'm in Sydney Australia, and I've had no responses to emails I've sent to both orders@fit-pc.com, and sales@fit-pc.com asking for a revised delivery schedule for 1 x fit-PC2i 2GB/2Ghz Win7 Pro, which I paid for via Paypal on 1 September 2010 (11 weeks ago).

Could you please provide me a more reliable channel where I can obtain this info ?

I apologize for the delay in communication. We experience some manufacturing delays which in turn overloads our sales.

I will make sure your inquiry is addressed by Sunday.

Supply has actually started to ease in the last week, so I expect most PayPal orders to be fulfilled in the coming week.

We assigned more people for sales support. Responsiveness should be fine now.
