I am running an eyetracker on the fit-pc (running Windows 7), and the gaze is defined by the current resolution. When I attach the new Toshiba USB monitor 14" 1366x768 the resolution changes from 1024x768 to 1366x768 (also in Real VNC). My problem is that I want to be able to run the eyetracker without a screen attached, and sometimes attach the USB monitor. The resolution needs to stay the same (1366x768), as the gaze estimation should remain the same with/without monitor attached.
I have tried PowerStrip software to change the resolution, but without any luck:(
Any way to solve this? BIOS setting, Windows setting, etc.?
Force 1366x768 without screen attached Windows 7
Re: Force 1366x768 without screen attached Windows 7
At the time we provided a display driver with fixed resolution for Windows XP based on Intel IEGD.
Intel now has EMGD driver that supports Windows 7 http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/embedded/h ... tware/emgd
We will see if we can make a fixed resolution driver again.

Thanks for your quick answer. I hope you will be able to modify the driver...
Looking forward to the follow up.
