Update :
2.6.32-25-fitpc2i available :

Code: Select all

apt-get update
apt-get install linux-image-2.6.32-25-fitpc2i
I have the fit-pc2i rev 1.1 and am using the mint 9 desktop OS.
When I connect my PATA HDs via USB they are not detected.
Could this patch (above) work with this mint OS too or can you recommend another solution?

Many thanks in advance!

I just got a fitpc2i which according to my buddy had Windows 7 on it. Since it ihas been wiped I would like to install 10.04 ubuntu. The problems I am running into is

1) Link is down so I cannot download the image.
2) What is the work around to get the HD to be recognized as opposed to the NAND 4 gig flash?

I can install it on the NAND flash with no problem but would like to find away to atleast mount the HD that is seen from the bios so I can atleast use it as storage.

Any help would be great.
