Post Maximum hard drive height
The Fit-PC2 accepted up to 9mm high 2.5" internal drives. Does the Fit-PC3 have the same limitation?

Yes. The hard disk is placed below the SODIMMs so 12.5mm will not fit. You can use eSATA for larger hard disks.
