Problem with a display

I've recently bought an Intense PC from you with this display:

i've tried to install the driver for it using two different operating sistem:
Windows 7 32bit and Windows 7 64 bit
but in both case the display doesn't work because of incopatibility with the graphics card.
What i have to do to solve this problem ?

Does the monitor appear in the Device Manager?
What is the error you receive?
Does the installation procedure of the driver fail?

I initially tried to install the drivers using Windows 7 64bit and after the installation when i attempted to operate the monitor, it came a statement saying that there is incompatibility with the OS or with the graphics card, so i tried with Windows 7 32bit and there is the same statement so i can suppose that there is a problem with the graphics card.
There aren't problem when I install the drivers.

We have not experience with this monitor with IntensePC. To check initially that this is not the monitor's issue, can you please try to install this monitor on other PC?

I've already tried to do this with my HP Probook 6550b and it functions very well.
