Hello Fil,
I'm preparing recovery procedure for this issue.
It caused because latest BIOS stores SMBIOS data in different location.
I think that it will be ready before 1 March 2018.

Hello Fil,
I apologize for late reply.
Resolution of UUID problem will be part of BIOS update for IPC3.
This BIOS update is in validation phase right now and has number of non-resolved issues, UUID issue is one of them.
Please wait till May.

Sorry for previous bad estimations.

so we are now at the end of May, and I still don't see a new bios on the download website.

What is happening with this?

At what point, do I ship the faulty units back to you and get our money back.
as they are not working correctly.

Sorry for the late reply, as the update took some time to develope.
There's a new Jun-19 BIOS update for IPC3 which also includes the spectre/meldown fix:

So,

I just tested this again with the latest Bios loaded: IPC3K.PRD.0.25.08 x64 (build date 2nd feb 2019)

And I get still this not unique UUID in SCCM:
00:01:C0:1E:8D:4B, 03000200-0400-0500-0006-000700080009

also after this latest update the Keyboard doesn't work anymore once you are in Legacy PXE mode (and I want to press ctrl+alt+del) to do a reset.
(only option is to unplug power, and power it up again)
F7 still works during the boot screen to get to the menu for bios/pxe options.

it seems that downgrading the bios from .08 --> .06 also doesn't work :(

I will try another box with an older bios and upgrade that to .06
to see if that fixes this issue.
if not I will ship these back and you can refund us .. as we've not been able to use these at all ... (as we cannot build them in an automated way)

As we understand, you've mentioned 2 issues:
1. UUID is not unique
2. Keyboard and mouse is not functioning except for F7 on startup when enabling Legacy PXE boot.

Please clarify the following:

1. What doesn't work exactly after downgrade when you wrote:
"it seems that downgrading the bios from .08 --> .06 also doesn't work :( "

2. Please state exactly which configurations you've change at the BIOS menu in regards to Legacy PXE boot
