I have a fit-PC2 D2G-C2000-WH-X7 (rev. 1.4 I guess)

I noticed that the OS and BIOS only show 1 GB of ram for my cpu.

I have just flashed the BIOS with the newest version from 12th May 2010:

I am not sure, if it showed the full 2GB before I flashed the BIOS.
May I have the wrong BIOS version? Any ideas?

BIOS indeed has 2 versions - one for 1GB RAM and the other for 2GB RAM.
You have probably flashed the 1GB version. Please check it and re-flash.

I thought there's only one version for fit-PC2 BIOS, because for fit-PC2i there are 2 separate downloads: http://www.fit-pc2.com/wiki/index.php?title=Fit-PC2i_BIOS_ROM_Files
That's why I've missed, that there are 2 BIOS versions in the zip file.
