 used codecs or programs for testing HD content About a month ago you guys did a couple of tests with HD content, wich about 20% utilization on full hd content.
I was wondering wich tools you used to achieve this?
I already tried a couple of programs and codecs and i can't seem to get it working properly on Windows7

We are including HW accelerated codecs by CyberLink with fit-PC2 with Windows.

Re: used codecs or programs for testing HD content We will soon release the full fit-PC2 Ubuntu distribution for download.
We may also release the display drivers and links to the FFMPEG accelerated codec.

Re: used codecs or programs for testing HD content I have looked around for a while. Am I right in concluding that GMA 500 hardware video offloading of mpeg4/h.264/vc-1 requires DXVA2 and thus Vista or Windows 7?

Re: used codecs or programs for testing HD content In general - yes, but CyberLink incorporate the DXVA2 API inside the codec so it works on XP as well.
We did not license the VC-1 codec, only AVC.
