What is MintBox

MintBox is a compact fanless PC ready to use with pre-installed Linux Mint.
It is the result of collaboration between CompuLab and the Linux Mint core team.

MintBox is offered in two flavors:
MintBox Basic with dual-core 1.0 GHz APU in 25mm fanless case
MintBox Pro with dual-core 1.65 GHz APU in 40mm fanless ribbed case



Both MintBox flavors have the following standard features:

  • Dual head HDMI 1.3 + DisplayPort
  • Gigabit Ethernet
  • S/PDIF 7.1 channels out/in, stereo line-out, line-in
  • 2x USB3 + 2x USB2 ports
  • 2x eSATA port
  • RS232 mini-serial port (adapter cable sold separately)
