I am experiencing the same issue, but is also randon on waking up with a key press...

Did changing the GV3 only fix your problem or was it already set to GV3 like mine and stil have the problem?

I just took delivery of the new unit with the 4GB flash hdd onboard, and was going through the bios and changed the video setting DVI to Onboard something (cant remember exactly what it was) and now after a reboot I have nothing coming from the unit. It still seems to be booting as I can hear it boo...
