It probably won't be available... Compulab is embedded company and the availability of 2+ yrs for Atom 550 is too less for its customers. If Compulab chases every low power CPU to be integrated and does gamble like other big people, then it will soon go out of business.... Let's face it, Intel just ...

Isn't 1 GB RAM a little close to the minimum memory required for Windows 7???

thank you for asking the question. My mini SD cards are all over 4GB, so fit-pc2 is unusable for me. I will wait for fit-pc3.

Would it possible to put single 2-4 GB RAM chip soldered on board? This allow many good things. This will help run normal Vista and normal Windows 7.
