Perhaps you have any assumptions concerning unresponsiveness in the middle of the system restart execution (while а spinning circle of dots on screen).
It isn't very critical issue for me, but simply interesting is it a machine fault, or Microsoft's Win 10?

As I've said it is an old copy/paste mistake - fit-PC2i doesn't incorporate PCIe for external use, unlike a CoM that does have it.
