Fit-PC2 SBC Circuit Schematic

Hello,

We have been using the Fit-PC2 to perform real-time computer vision to control an aerial vehicle. I recently noticed the Fit-PC2 would not power on consistently when I turned it on. It turns out, we somehow had a short and blew the inductor labeled L22. I searched the forum and online and could only find the Slim schematic. Does anyone know what this inductor value is so we can replace it?
