fit PC enclosure

Post by jayhawkfm »

Hi, I am looking to implement the fit PC into a hospital setting. The problem is that it will be on a ventilator that is subject to large amounts of fluid and it will also be heavily used and moved frequently. I am looking for an enclosure or some type of cover to mount on the ventilator that will keep the splash factor down. Also if I enclose the fit PC how much air circulation will I need?

You can put fit-PC2 in an inverted bowl to keep it splash proof. Just attach the top side of fit-PC2 to a metal wall.

A silicone sleeve around the PC should also work.

If you are looking for a sealed box - use no air circulation - dissipate heat by conduction by attaching fit-PC2 to an inner wall of the box.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know where I can find a silicone sleeve for the fit PC?
