Regional AC power compatiblity?

I wonder the power adapter's AC power source compatiblity.

1. Does power adapter accept variable voltage & frequency, i.e. 80~240v 50~60Hz?

2. Can I replace AC power cable easily?
Power plug shape is different for various countries, but if cable input to power adapter is standard form(please see image attached, what I belive it's a standard), it does not matter.

The AC adapter is rated for 100~240V, 50~60Hz.
The AC power cord connector is like on your picture, so yes you can replace it with your country local power cord.
