The middle one (n°2) is the one which don't works.
We managed to make 1 and 3 working with the mentioned tricks (UEFI boot + forcing IRQ setting after auto-detection for one of the ports).

We are sending a lot of data on these serial ports, so we need the IRQ to works well. With simple tests with a terminal, all ports seems to works because they are falling back to polling. But polling performance is not enough for our application.

As I have mentioned in earlier post it is an Embedded Controller serial port which is a "black box" to us and operate ad-hoc. Not all devices supported on it. It is closed Intel architecture.
