I've been informed that the unit does support RAID and the documentation also states this but there is no options within the BIOS.

How do I enable RAID on the IPC2?

IPC2 HW (i5,i7) support RAID but at BIOS level not yet, so at this point RAID functionality is not supported system-wise. It is planned to be supported in the future on selected SKUs.
