Is it possible to deactivate auto power on?
I would even desolder a transistor (like I did with a fit pc2)

IPC2 BIOS allows to configure auto on behavior. Refer to the image below:
Go to Advanced -> South Bridge Configuration -> State after G3.
Set the power state that will be applied after power is resumed:
S5 - Shut down
S0 - Active
