Fitlet GPIO cable available?

I've looked here and at resellers, but don't find GPIO cable accessory. It doesn't appear that its included. Is this a generic 14pin ribbon cable with some standard ends that's available elsewhere? What is the pin spacing on header?

The GPIO ribbon is custom made. I don't expect that you can obtain this cable elsewhere. We placed an order with the cable manufacturer and will make it available as soon as we receive it.
