CompuLab fitlet-XA10-LAN Barebone

Post by Non Sequitur »

I have a bunch of the CompuLab fitlet-XA10-LAN Barebone units. Everything runs fine except if the screen turns off. When I move the mouse, and the display comes back on, it can be several minutes before there is any response from the system (Mint current version). Mouse works, but you can't click on any windows... the system is completely hung. After a while it usually returns to to normal, although there have been times where a reboot was necessary. Any ideas?

I would suggest reinstall to fresh OS and check again.

Reinstalled and same thing happens.
Happens to all 15 devices, including the Fitlet-RM.
Anyone else have any idea?

What OS do you operate?
Maybe system resource utilization is at their maximum limits?

It turns out this only happens when I'm using NetBeans and the application is in maximize mode. Making it slightly less than maximize stops the problem. I have no idea why. Using Linux Mint, and reloading the OS makes no difference. It has 8GB mem, also.
