Hey, I'm with the same issue here...

Fitlet2; SBC-APL Rev. 1.1; BIOS version FLT2.0.40.01.00

Already tried what is here https://fit-pc.com/wiki/index.php?title ... leshooting without success... and a bunch of other tries...

Any guidance would be awesome, please!

In that case something else is wrong that no keyboard or USB stick is recognised at the USB ports.

Following the instructions carefully to reset the RTC mechanically should work, please see below:

Make sure you go over the correct procedure after determining the SBC revision.

Hi FLoppsi1 / Tamir - did you manage to figure this out? I'm having the same problem with disabling XHCI which disabled all USB ports after trying out steps regarding SD boot up. Long story short, I tried the fitlet2 troubleshooting guide to reset BIOS by pressing the SW button next to M2 slot. Interesting observation is, pressing that button doesn't reset BIOS because the system time is still running and not reset to midnight. I had better luck by unplugging the battery/RAM and the time did reset but USB remain disabled. I even tried steps from older revision (currently mine is FLT2.MBM2.0.40.01.00) by removing the SSD too but to no avail. As of now, the system directly boots into BIOS as the SSD not set to bootable (attempts to install other OS via SD in the first place).
Any help??

I can suggest you to send details of this problem to our support mail. Please add the S/N of your device to this mail.

Maybe this can help other people...

After some months, and with the Fitlet2 with USB ports disabled without being used because managers decided not sending it for repairment, I had the idea to try updating the BIOS version.

Then, following step-by-step instructions at https://fit-iot.s3.amazonaws.com/fitlet ... upport.pdf ("1. Using the SD Card.") we had full control of the device (USBs, etc.) again!

Link to that document was found at this wiki-page: http://www.fit-pc.com/wiki/index.php/Fi ... IOS_Update (topic "BIOS flashing without USB device-support").

Good luck if you're struggling with the same issue as I was!
