I'm trying to get a 4G miniPCIe modem to work with FPCI facet (ZTE ZM8620)

It works for some time but then:

[ 88.477395] usb usb1-port8: unable to enumerate USB device
eventually it gets unaccessible, doesn't restart and later on disappears from /dev
after some time it does it during the boot

Sometimes if I reinstall a fresh install it starts to work again, until it goes in the same loop

on another fitlet2 sometimes the modem doesn't even come up(using same FACET as with the other fitlet2). I tested the FPCI Facet with a M2 wifi module and a mPCIe and it works. Is this fitlet2 faulty ?

I tried both fitlet2 and 3 different Facets with LiveUSB Linux mint and the same things happens

also one of the FACETs has 3 leds and the others don't. Is there other difference between them?

Fitlet2 E3950
BIOS is FLT2.0.46.01.00
FPCI Facet v1.0
