MBM2 Pro.
Second (right) USB3-port have an USB3-hub connected. To this hub, two separate HDD with USB3-interface works fine as well as a hardware key.
Standard USB-memory does not work, in same ports on hub used for HDD.
I have tried 10 different (different brands, or 2+2 are the same, and different contents) with same result - none gets visible in Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon.

With the first (left) USB3-port, all USB-memory works, with same hub.

The HDD,s power supply is just by USB.

How comes

By e-mail with support we ended up with that it is the USB-hub not working well.
A cheap one without external power supply and my HDD is also without external power supply.

If problems still occur, over time, without using hub - I for sure come back
