I want to make sure I'm understanding the marketing material correctly.

The FC-SCG has two RJ45 jacks.

Is one of these CANBUS only and one serial, switchable between RS232/RS485?

That is correct.

Please note that CANbus and GPIO cannot work simultaneously.
