Problem with video output

Post by moxfulder »

Hi there.
I have a fitpc2 since august 2009. It is a headless server, without any mouse/keyboard nor screen.
I configured once, then I unplug the screen and other devices. Everything is controlled by ssh and it works great. I'm really happy with it.

Nevertheless, I have a freezing issue. I guess it is related to copy a lot of small files onto a smb share. The fitpc freezes and I have to manually restart it.
I dig a bit onto the forums and I found that maybe there is a bios config which can help me. So I plug a screen on the fit and restart it.
Nothing appeared on the screen, I try 3 monitors and 3 dvi/hdmi cables and always "no signal detected". So I guess the hdmi output is broken somewhere.

I try to start it up without the hdd but nothing appeared, the screens displayed "no signal detected"

Is there something I can do ? Please help me Obiwan !!

Your fit-PC2 is still under warranty. I suggest you RMA it.
