IR Receiver & Windows Driver

"Windows is has found new Hardware" pop-up is nagging and triing to search drivers in the Net when setting up a new Fit-PC2. Is there a driver to be included in the Driver Set on HDD for not having to search for it later on?

We have a driver for IR in the XP installation. We will upload it soon.
