I see there are instructions on the wiki on how to use the watchdog on Linux, what needs to be done to use it on FreeBSD? When I activate the Watchdog timer in the bios it just keeps rebooting the system at the interval I have set. How do I make FreeBSD work so that it only reboots when the OS has locked up?
Thanks
Watchdog Timer
Re: Watchdog Timer
Hello
We do not support FreeBSD, but I think it will help you if you will look to the source of the linux drivers to see the values of the registers written to manipulate the watchdog
