Wifi keeps disconnecting

Hey guys and gals, my wifi keeps disconnecting after like a day or two and when i mean disconnecting i mean the control panel seems to disconnect the network adapter or something cause it cannot detect any wifi cnnections to even connect to in the first place. Any suggestions?
