Win 7 Setup error Loop

I am getting this message from my Fit PC right out of the box

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.
Windows installation cannot proceed.
To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

What can I do.
How do I "restart the installation"

Thanks for any advice.
Can I fix this without the hassle of returning it for an exchange?
Or is that my only option?

fit-PC2 Win7 should wake-up for the first time with activation wizard, so there seems to be a fault with your unit.
