We want to purchase SSD from Transcend. Which one fit for fit-PC2i?

We haven't tested those SSDs, but according to the specs, all the SSDs are compatible with Fit-PC2. Please note: FitPC2 does have a native SATA interface, but a SATA to PATA bridge, therefore, a maximum performance of the SSD will be according to the PATA data rate
