I am using OCZ 30GB SATA SSD MLC (OCZSSD2-1SLD30G) - works fine.
In general, any standard 2.5" size SATA SSD will work.
No need to buy a very fast one, since anyway the speed is limited by IDE interface.

I did an odd turn and discarded those expensive SSD disks and bought CompactFlash SATA adapter + 8GB fast CF card.

CF card 8GB

the problem will be the card's durability: Win Server is going to bomb the card like hell and wear the card out. Have to use RAM disks and no page file.. :)

Oh yes, system is installed and RAM disk is in use.
This CF-SSD wasn't so good idea. performance is a bit poor because Win reads/writes so violantly and my 133x (udma4) can't handle it so good.
Well, ramdisk (256MB) is the answer.

wonder how would 600x card perform.. :)

Kingston has a couple of new MLC-drives with 64 and 128 GB size at very low prices: SNV125-S2/64GB for instance that seems to work very well.

KingSpec SSD are working fine, and you can buy them from eBay (relatively not expensive).
