only 40 GB available in Windows 7

I bought a Fit Pc 2i with Windows 7 Pro but the O.S is not recognizing 250 GB of the hard drive. In the PC setup the HD is 250 GB and disk management is 250 gb too. The O.S has only 40 gb of the hard drive.
Does anyone can help me?

The best way to recover your PC is to reinstall Windows 7.
