Prevent fit from powering down

I recently purchased a new fit-PC2 running Win7. This computer is installed at a remote location with a number of other network devices.

The fit-pc2 keep powering off (within about 24h), and requires me to visit the location and manually push the front button to turn back off the computer. I know Win7, but cant think of anything that would force the computer to power down (I do have the power settings in win7 never to sleep). And I know its not a AC power problem as all of the other network gear is online.

Any thoughts on what I might be missing?

This is abnormal behavior, but we need more information about this issue.
Can you please tell me if this is a hardware or software shutdown? I suggest you to run a test with a Live OS, and see if the FitPC2 keeps shutting down
