Power Supply Burnt Up

I have a Fit-PC2i which stopped running last night. I smelled some ozone and opened it up. The part at C304 looks like it caught fire/melted. The outer covering of the part blew off and the insides are melted.

I am guessing that there must have been a surge or something, although nothing else in our office was effected, including several other devices that were plugged into the same surge suppressing power strip. Other devices were an LCD monitor, a HDD, and a charger for android phone.

Can I replace this part? If so, with what? This unit was purchased in May 2011.
